    Ghostbusters

    Main movie only, title 4. Final folder size is 28.7 gigs.

    I try to compress it to BD25, it keeps saying that there is no need for compression, it is seeing the movie as 20 gig (after the analysis).

    That might be right since its not a long movie. I've found that movies under two hours normally don't need compression.

        No, I know that. What I was saying is that I did a "main movie" rip and DVDFab said it was going to be 20 gig. But the end result on disk is 28 gig. Fab doesn't see the movie for what it really is.

        If you open the stream with VLC, you will notice that it also has another stream (both video and audio) as part of the rip that fab "doesn't see". It bundles the 2 of them as one. So the end result is 28 gig on disk.

        does that make sense? I have no control over it, fab says 20 gig, end result is 28 gigs on disk, therefore I can never compress it to fit on a BD-R disk.
