The Persuit Of Happiness - Size on disk?

The main movie rip is more than 30 gigs on disk but DVDfab reports the main movie as being 25.466 gigs (when I re-open the rip to compress it to BD25).

Is this normal? Ghostbusters did the same thing to me with this version.
