Thanks for replying I tried the new version no help I think this occured when I upgraded from the 6. ver. the the 7.ver I updated my video drivers (Nvida GF 8400) and my pioneer BDR-202 firmware from 107 to 108 (4X support) No change in my computer config. I have a Q to Tech Support Here's the log

I would bet that it is your video card drivers.

Set all your GPU settings to "Software"

If this stops the error, roll back the driver and try it again set to CUDA.

Whith DVDFab open go to common settings-A/V Codec and common settings is the green dot with check mark in it.

"info = 711 1" means CUDA initialaztion failed, please reinstall video card driver to see the result.
