DVDFab Region Reset hangs

Start the program
Right click in the programs header (the row with the monkey) and select About DVDFab Region Reset and then the program just hangs.

Using ver 1.0.0.2.

Tried the new version 1.0.0.3.

Same problem and when it hangs it shows version 1.0.0.2.
