    No Audio is present

I have been trying to rip Forgetting Sarah Marshall and the video rips perfectly but no audio is ripped. What is going on? Also the Preview title does not work for Blu-ray only DVD. Running version 6.0.7.0

Please try the latest beta version which is listed at the top of the forum.

I'll have to leave this to one of my colleagues who is more Blu-Ray conversant then.

        Sorry.

Ok, It will do the Dolby but not the HD Audio. Is that a problem with the current version?

Are you ripping main movie only or full disc? If main movie only are you compressing to BD25? If compressing to BD5 then there is a check box between the audio options and the subtitle options that is checked by default, removes the HD audio. maybe that's the problem?

Main movie with no compression, the only thing that is checked is DTS-HD Master/5.1. I've tried checked remove HD-Audio and that doesn't work as well.

                Hi blurayisking and welcome,
first off are you trying to compress the disc or just make a backup,
if you are wanting to compress yes then enable HD in common setting.
if your just backing up then leave HD disabled, but let Dolby Digital stay as is,
under the audio tab, below DD / "Select first track" / should be checked / preselected languages box should be empty.
which brings me to my next question are you using Main movie or Full disc.
and then do you have ImgBurn downloaded.
and is your BD re-writers firmware current

Making Backup, using Main Movie. How do you disable HD? Is that the remove HD Audio checkbox. Because if it is then I've tried that and it doesn't work. The only thing not HD is a Dobly track which is the audio commentary which I don't want. No I'm using the VSO software, I do not have ImgBurn downloaded.

Also I am backing up my Bluray to the Harddrive not to another Blu-ray disc. Not sure if this is why you asked if I had ImgBurn or not.

OK, that capture I can't really see any thing on that, but when you say you can't disable the HD because it's grayed out, that suggests a possable corrupt install, as you should be able to access that with out any problem, did you just down load this, if your answer is yes, did you then get it from DVDFab, if you just recently purchased the BD to BD option from DVDFab and just installed, I would suggest you uninstall and then reinstall, and lets see where that goes.
PS And yes and that is "the remove HD audio check box"

Looks like a choice of 3 different DTS tracks and the commentary track the op mentioned. I'm not sure but maybe you might be missing an audio codec? does the original playback ok with sound?

No, the reason I ask about ImgBurn is because it is the preeminent burn engine, VSO can be a little squirrel y at times and ImgBurn very stable.

Does VSO rip it or ImgBurn? I downloaded the newest Beta off of DVDFAB. I tried ripping with "Remove HD Audio" and still no sound is present in the .m2ts files.
