    7.0.7.6 issues

Hey guys, I'm having some issues with the new beta version. I'm using the blu ray to blu ray option and was trying to compress a couple different movies. It seems there is 2 different problems. Some discs don't scan at all and when you hit start they start copying it but not compressing it when I have the BD25 output selected. The second issue is on some discs it will scan and when you hit start I get a process failed error right away. Here's the error. Thanks for the help.

Edit: I can confirm that 7.0.7.5 beta works fine.

I've been getting your second issue for a while now. 7070, 7075, and now with 7076. Hit start and get a process failed message immediately. I have been able to work around it by X-ing out of DVDFab, and restarting it. After that it seems to work fine. This happened in both Blu ray to blu ray and dvd to dvd. surely he'll get them fixed up, but that might work for you until he finds the problem.

Well I actually only had those issues in 7076, so once i reverted back to 7075 it was all good. I tried compressing Fight Club just to make sure it was working and sure enough it worked like a charm. It was fast too, from 30 gig to 23 or so it took only 1.5 hours and was going approx. 6 to 6.5 MB/s and it looked just like the original. Maybe you should try turning all gpu and software acceleration off and see if it helps. I have mine set to CoreAVC for H264 encoding, CUDA for VC1 encoding and software & CUDA for decoding, so try setting everything to software.
