Full Disc BD-50 to Full Disc BD-25 slow encode rate on certain files-warning ggnode

While compressing History of the World Part 1 to Full Disc BD-25 backup process slowed down to .30MB, CPU usage went down to around 25-30%. Getting a bunch of these on District 9. Getting this message at the times it's slowing down
