Any update on why subtitles do not show up in DVDFAB main movie for this title? I have the option to turn on / off subtitles while watching my Bluray disc so I know they are there. I would like to make a copy for my portable to take on an upcoming vacation but need the subtitles. Thanks in advance.

Having the same issue - no audio

There was another thread on this topic () that is now closed due to some rule violations, but the symptoms described there are identical to what I'm experiencing. No audio or subtitle tracks are detected by DVDfab.

Original Disk plays fine in my players (audio and subtitles).

Diagnosis was "authoring problem" - are there any suggestions and/or fix in sight that would allow DVDfab to copy this disk?

Though unhelpful, that movie is fantastic.

I backed this movie up with blu ray copy and when I checked the "movie only" option, it showed one file with no separate audio and subtitles folders. It turned out that these were included in the one folder that contained the movie. Upon reviewing the backed up copy, I noticed it had Swedish and English audio and English and Spanish subtitles. Go figure...

I have latest stable version 8.0.7.3, and I get no audio and no subtitles in the preview window.

even when I convert to mkv, the (swedish) audio plays fine, but no subtitles?!?

I had virtually no problem copying this movie. If you notice, it fits on a 25 gig disc with no problems. Just be sure to watch the languages you save. If I recall, I didn't even have to save just the main movie, but was able to save the whole disc on a 25. Fast and easy.

would you mind sending me the english .sup file for the subtitles?

                            would appreciate it.

I finally found my answer on this issue...for some odd reason when trying to convert to mkv there was some issue with this title...so after hours of reading the internet looking for a solution I found them.

I took the original m2ts file and demux it through tsMuxeR and added a delay of "9958 ms" to the subtitle track...then ran it through BDsup2Sub to convert to .idx/.sub files... muxed them back into my mkv file.

This seemed to do the trick!
