blu ray not copying right ?

hi all
right then i have done full disk,and main movie,arrrrgh
and in both ways the movie will not display the subtitles for none english speaking parts ? in the full disk mode it just ripped it to my hard drive when i used movie only i chose english language and english sub picture and to shrink it to 25gb but still no subs ? am i missing the point
ps 7.0.80 is the version of blu ray fab i have just bought

what movies are you trying to backup? Also, if you could post your dvdfab logs that would be helpful. Refer to the "Help Us Help You" sticky to find out how to make a log and how to post it. Thanks.

I assume you watching on computer and if that correct then make sure the screen resolution is set correctly as the forced subs might be showing off the screen as they should be on the back up file. Also will wait for the logs as they needed as well

logs are located in documents-DVDfab-log and we need the process log, internal log and burn log for just the movie that give the problem. To post to a post reply you copy paste them
