no video LOTR return of the king

Hi just back up LOTR return of the king movie only BD50 to BD25
all driver are updated.Watching on a standalone sony player.
BD disk will play but I go back a chapter or forward I lose video
there is audio. Rip to HHD then compress to BD25.
any help please.
