    task failed error 401

i am trying to copy vancouver 2010 olympics (bluray 5 disk series).

i am trying to copy full disk to 25gb on hard drive with 7085.

codecs are all set to software, and slow scan high quality.

as soon as i hit start i get the message task failed - error 401

    error 401 is unreachable quality.

can someone explain what this means or how to work around?

    thanks
    dow.

It's a sport event footage compiled and mastered by TV station... I'm pretty sure it's interleaved content out of compliance, and DVDFab can't process it. It would be interesting to see BDInfo report. If you can, please scan your disc with this little free utility and post report here. Thank you.

the report is too long to post, but it does show that it is 1080i
