    New DVDFab User

I have just purchased DVDFab Blu-Ray to Blu-Ray. I am experiencing problems. I have downloaded and read the tutorial(Blu-ray to Blu-ray -Main Movie), however the problem is most likely my fault, in that as a new user I have most likely overlooked or omitted a necessary step in the process. I have tried to rip and burn the two following Blu-Ray Titles (Hot Tub Time Machine/Percy Jackson-Lighting Thief). I ran the process twice on Hot Tub and once on Percy Jackson. I received what seems to be the same error on each run(Error=1000). I am inserting the log files on each of the attempts.

The problem is the DXVA acceleration.

Try turning DXVA to software only is "Settings" Little green tick on top right of Fab window.

Thanks for your assistance GregiBoy! This setting has solved this error. Unfortunately I now have new problems. When I set my "source" and "target" to my BD-RE Drive "F" the program locks-up. The computer also locks-up and I can only reboot by powering off the computer. When I select the source file as my BD-RE Drive and select a desktop iso file as my target, the program will complete the analyzing successfully and start the copy process. However the program will run for hours with no noticeable percentage of the task completed. I ran one process for approximately seven hours overnight and I have now restarted and run the process for approximately five hours.
Again the problem is most likely my inexperience in the operation of the software, but any help will be valued.
