bd9 files too big, again

I've now had three movies that when ripped to BD9, the process ends up w/ a file size of 9gig, or larger.

Surrogates, Wolfman, and 3:10 to Yuma.

each one has been over 9 gig, and Wolfman ended up over 10.
Slow checking mode, slow process mode, from a "complete iso" on harddrive.

CoreAVC, for ripping. I tried both Cuda and software for encoding.

I had posted about 3:10 to Yuma, (files are attached to post) last week, and it was determined that it was the LCPM that was messing with that one.

I have done many BD9's, in the past, and this is a complete new problem

Does any one have any ideas what's going on? No LCPM to deal with.

this seems to be a problem since 7.0.7.8

By chance, do these movies have a PCM5.1 stream? I had this same problem of ending up with a file larger than the target disc size and it ended up being the PCM5.1 stream. I removed the stream from the rips and it worked as intended.
