Try to disable CUDA by setting everything in A/V Codec section of Common Settings to "Software" and see what happened.
Please post configuration of your machine and settings. What driver do you have for your graphics card??? Info, info, info...

You have Fermi-based GPU 4-series. This card support only CUDA 3.x script, and DVDFab supports only 2.x script. In other words, your card CUDA and DVDFab CUDA aren't compatible. Developers are working on CUDA 3.x support, and sooner or later your card will come handy (I do not have timeline though). In a meanwhile please use just software or, if you have spare previous generation CUDA-enabled cards, you can temporarily use older card.
Anyway, that's nice piece of equipment you've got. Congrats.

We are working on GTX 4xx cards, and it should be done soon.
DVDFab is the all-in-one software package for copying Blu-ray/DVD and converting video file.

Fermi support will be a welcome addition

I am glad to see you are working on Fermi suport as i went all out on a gtx 470 for the sole purposes of Blu-ray encoding. I am in the same boat as the program will work some of the time for a very select number of titles. Keep up the good work. I do love the product.
