menu quiery

Hi, i want to purchase, dvdfab, but i have a couple of querys.
1. if i choose main movie option, does it keep the main menu page or does it go straight to the movie.
2. with the compression for eg it says 55%, does it compress the video or audio, and does it still look good quality.

1. It goes straight to the main movie, no menu.
2. Compresses the video and most of us here try to keep compression over 80%.
