can't burn movie...

The copy process goes well but when program prompts me to place blank media in the drive it quickly rejects it and no disk detected. No matter how many discs I try I get the same message. The media is Verbatim BD-R 25 GB.(I forgot to mention that this is while trying to burn from blu ray to blu ray option.)

would help to know your PC specs, or methods/steps taken to burn...are you even using a BD burner?

If you are, perhaps you need to update the drivers?
