Strange readings-very low reencoding on BD9?

I noticed something very strange: when I tryed to compress the legend of zorro to BD9 without selecting remove hd audio the quality was 25%.So far so good but when the compression begun I saw video reencoding to 2535kbps .I canceled it because that's weird. Then I selected remove hd audio and the quility raised to 29% and when the compression begun I saw video reencode to 7037kbps.How is this possible? The source is ''only'' 31 GB the difference should be less, with the original hd audio the video shoud be at about 6000kbps or the source over 300GB.Is this wrong calculation ,wrong readings, will be the video with hd audio REALLY BAD?

I just found out that is only wrong readings from the incomplete file inside temp folder. The real bitrate is much higher.
