can't copy Crossing Over BR

Hi there,
I have searched but coudn't find anything related to my problem.
I'm trying to copy the Crossing Over BR, but after some time of reading DVDFab stops and shows nothing to choose from in order to start to copy the BR.
The log shows that it just stops where it should get the volume label

just to add that as far I can see the BR is spotless
