blu ray copy date night

When using latest version of fab date night and repo men gets and error message about half way through the rip. I have tried full, main, mkv mobile, mp4 mobile with no success. Anyone experiencing the same thing? Are these working for everyone else? Where are the logs located and i will submit them?
