copy avatar blu ray to hdd

    copy avatar blu ray to hdd

    am a paid subscriber & with the new version have access to blu ray copy for month or so, so i bought a blu ray movie & insert disk & it scans & nothing happens. click cancel & program freezes & have to use task mgr to close program. will v7 copy the movie avatar to my hdd? used this version with a sd dvd & worked fine. thx!

    Depends on your scanning settings, this process may take 10-15 min. Were you patient enough?

      thought that too, so left it running & went to shower, ~20 min, came back still scanning & used task mgr to close program. weird i guess. disc plays fine in pc & stand alone player. so should i try v7??? i really would like to save it.

        Please do try v7. If same thing, you've got a bad disc.

          was the firewall pc tools plus, so uninstalled that & will just use windows fw. who knew lol.

            allow dvdfab in the firewall exceptions and should be fine
