Error copying to .iso (Task_1 failed! 502.3 2 5)

I've searched for 502.3 2 5, but haven't found anything recent. It was working fine in v7, and just installed v8. I went into the A/V Codec and set everything to Software, but still getting the error. Any suggestions?

Error 1000 is a BD Main Movie Common error not sure hwat to say about that as I not do Blu-ray. Is the Disc clean from fingerprints/dirt but even if it is give it a cleaning with a lint free non scratching cloth. to see if that helps

Yeah this disc is fine, it actually errors out when it tries to write the .iso file. I've tried it on 4 different BD's now. I'm trying direct disc to disc copy now w/the vso burn engine.

Was working fine in v7 though, so not sure what the deal is.

no need to burn to disc just save to folder instead of iso and to do that select the yellow folder next to target

FYI reverted back to v7, everything working again.
