    Program Locks Up

I am a first time DVDFab user and I am experiencing some difficulties. The program locks up after I click start to create a copy or even when I click on the Green arrow in the corner to change the settings. I am running Windows 7 x64 and running the program as administrator. These are the details I found from my log.

    Any help is appreciated!

Are you using the 30 day trial or did you already purchase? What is the name for this Blu-ray? Now you say you are running as administrator but are you running DVDFab as Administrator or just Windows 7? You saying DVDFab locks up when program is opened and being used so what we need to know is your computer specs and as well if you are multi-tasking when using DVDFab. Also would need to know what programs you use for virus/malware protection, paid and freeware.

I am using the 30 day trial. I am running the program as administrator because I right clicked on the deskop icon and checked run as administrator. My anti virus is Microsoft Security Essentials and I am not running other programs. I do have AnyDVD installed but it is not running when I open DVDfab. The program will lock up even before I try to copy a blu ray. The program will freeze if I open the program and click the green arrow (which i believe is the settings button). However, after the program opens up I can use it and load a blu-ray (dark knight) and can get all the way to start. Once I click start it freezes.

I am running Win 7 x64 Enterprise with 4 gigs of ram.

Ok Right click desktop icon again and select Properties. In the pop up select Compatibility and at bottom Select Run this program as an administrator and click apply-OK and give try. But I'm thinking you have other programs running that you not know about and maybe some computer infection. Download malwarebytes and scan computer with it. Also DVDFab may not have installed correctly and uninstalling and reinstalling may fix it

I have the run as administrator check box checked however I am still experiencing problems. The program completely locks up after I load a movei, go through the settings and then click start. I also downloaded malwarebytes and did a scan which found nothing. I also tried reninstall the program.

          Any help is appreciated.
