BluRay DVD Burn Failed - IronMan

    Hey guys,
I am having constant issues with BluRay Copy. I just acquired it. I've been a DVDFab owner for 6+ years tho. My media I'm using is:

    Memorex BD-R 4x 25GB SL

I am burning IronMan and get a DVD Burn Failed Message, here are the logs?

This 44GB title (Iron Man) will not fit on a 25 GB SL disc. Therefore either use a 50 GB DL to burn the full disc or do the Main movie which will require compression that will then fit on a 25 GB SL.

      Preferred method of compression?

Try using ImgBurn as the burn engine instead. Link for ImgBurn and a tutorial on how to configure ImgBurn and DVDFab to work together is below. Watch the youtube video as it easier to configure that way

If I remember DVDFab can compress Full Disc to a BD25 but the VSO burn engine gives problems

I agree with AGJ, ImgBurn is your best bet, also lower your burn speed to 4X

In addition to the excellent advice by kenlucbruce, AGJ and CBR929, one more tidbit re:
            "Preferred method of compression?"

Do not compress on the initial rip from the disc.
Compress only from the files already on your hdd, either in Main Movie mode or Full Disc, to BD25.
If it ain't broke, don't fix it!
