    Remove HD Audio

What is the advantage or disadvantage of removing the HD audio?

I can't really find anything that says why you should remove it. Is it a good idea to keep it or better to remove it?

    Thanks for your help.

Size of HD audio stream usually in neighborhood of 4-5 Gb, while regular DTS sound is about 1-1.5 Gb. If you compressing BD to say BD9 size, by removing HD audio you are freeing 2-3 Gb that can be used for quality improvement of a video stream.
If size of your output isn't an issue and your equipment is suitable to handle such a bitrate, removal of HD audio stream giving you no advantage whatsoever.
