having problems i compressed it using vso buning engine into bd25. freeze problem for 2sec and subtitle freeze also. sometimes fast forward for 1 sec

Well, I can tell you that you didn't compress it with the VSO Burning Engine. Thats only for burning, nothing else. And we always advise people to switch to the free program Imgburn to burn with, it tends to be a lot more reliable. Anyways, could you post your DVDFab logfiles as directed in the "Help Us Help You" sticky.

I am a little confused by your logs:
Write finished in 00:13:00 - Finalization start here. Avg. burn rate 24.19
Write finished in 00:13:05 - Finalization start here. Avg. burn rate 24.06
Write finished in 00:13:09 - Finalization start here. Avg. burn rate 24.28 etc...
I do not know how you could be burning at those speeds
My advice would be to lower your burn speed to 1/2 the rated speed of your disc's. If you continue to have problems Install ImgBurn you will find it here along with a tutorial on how to set it up

Also your drive has a firmware up date you will find it at your computer manufacturers website if this was an OEM drive you may be able to flash it with this firmware .
NOTE: If you do not know how to flash your drive do not do it, it will render your drive useless

It seems that this Blu-ray has some sort of new protection on it so will have to wait for DVDFab to update to handle this movie

What you really need to do is set up the AWS (automatic write speed) for ImgBurn. To do that you open ImgBurn and select Discovery and insert the Blank media you want to burn to and select the Destination drive as well. Then you click the disc icon with a man that looks like running located to right bottom. Since you are using a BD-RE select a 2x write speed and that should work better than the 12x you are selecting as the media you use is only max burn speed of 8x.

Once the AWS is saved exit ImgBurn and then open DVDFab and go into common settings-write and select Recommended for burn speed. click OK and restart DVDFab and then try the burn again with new settings. This may work but I not think it will as Iron Man 2 has new copy protection that needs an update to DVDFab to handle

Could be fine but it is a BD-RE (rewritable) and I always burn them slower than I do regular blank media
