Blu-ray rip waiting forever, "time left 00:00"

Hi, along with some other users, I also have this problem.
I hit Cancel, and the output file (m4v, for iPod Touch, resolution reduced to 480x320) seems to have been created and plays OK on VLC media player.

I did not get a log file in DVDFab\Log. Note that I have My Documents mapped to a NAS, not on the C: drive. Any suggestions?
