    Best Blu-Ray Player for backups made with DVDFab?

    Hi, I am not sure if this is the correct forum for this but since it pertains specifically to Blu-Ray backups I thought I would put it here.

    I currently have a Sony S360 Blu-ray player and on a number of occasions (at least 5) it has refused to play a backup that works fine on my PS3 and on my computer.

    I was wondering if anyone could recommend any standalone Blu-Ray players that are know to work well with burned Blu-Ray discs.

    With all this crap that Sony throwing at as (Cinavia and all), I wouldn't recommend Sony at all, just because. Period. And it's not that great player anyway.
    I personally have Panasonic, off shelf in Costco... works fine, like a tank - goes through any BD you will give. All my backups plays just fine.
    Most important is to keep quality settings, good media and low burning speed.

      Oe better still, don't buy one!!!

          Thanks for the recommendation IPopov, I love Costco so I will check that one out.

          Is this just referring to something like Cyberpower DVD for my computer, which I actually have, but there is no connection between my comp and my bedroom TV.

            No it a media player that hooks up to TV that can play Media file from hard drive or computer

              Not trying to steal the OP's thread, but which one?? Seems hard to find reviews/comparisons of the models out there.

                Right now I would look at the WD TV Live Plus media player. There is even un-official firmware for it.

                Or wait and see how the D-Link Boxee turns out.

                  If u want a external blue ray burner.. writer then I suggest the LG BEO8.Excellent and nice looking easy setup.

                    It's funny- I have a Sony wireless network player that plays any blu ray I make...And I make a good amount of my blu rays with cheapo Windata bluray discs from Microcenter...Evryone plays perfectly on my Sony blu ray player..
