    Read write error

I'm a longtime user of DVD Fab and want to try the Blu ray copy before I buy.
Every Bluray I put in in the trial version gets to 10-20%, then I get a read write
error and have to abort. I've tried 5 different discs and get the same thing.
Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks

    Hi ericjacobs
You can try Open Fab Click the Green top right > General > make sure Check for DMA Automatically is Checked and also Click the Reset DMA to the right click OK and restart Fab.
Post your logs The default location is:
    C:\Users (For XP "Documents and Settings")\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\Log

Thanks for your suggestions but I found the answer myself. I was sending the output to an external HDD and I would get the error message at 3.99 Gb. When I changed to an internal drive it worked fine.

Is your external hdd formated Fat32 ??? If so it has a 4 gig limit but, you could reformat NTSC and your troubles would be gone

It is FAT32 I forgot to check because I've never had files that large. Thanks
