    just wright

    I am trying to back up the blu ray Just Wright. I did a full disc back up at bd50 on the c drive it backed up ok and dvdfab said ok. then I tried to burn that to a new folder at bd 25 it came up error 401. so I tried main movie only
    and all the chapters came up but I could not get any of the of them to work in the preview window. I click the folder to open with the VLC media player it shows the movie and if I click chapters all of them are but it wil not the folder.I haved back up of others to disc and they work fine. I need help I do
    not know what I;am doing wrong.I have a hp with windows7 64 bit with 4 gb
    of ram nvidia 6150le and a LG BH IOLS30 thanks Roadtrip

          I tried to rip the bd 50 folder to a bd 25 blank verbatim bdr using imgburn and
          dvdfab says task error 1 failed error=401

            I tried main movie it analyzing ok but when it starts to copy it say
            task 1 failed error = 1000[500.259 failed

              Hi roadtrip:
              You sure that DVDFab will failed error=401 in full disc or failed error = 1000 main movie everytimes? I will try to repro your issue, and would you please tell me which region code is of BD Just Wright?
              Suggest that goes to Common settings dialog, set the both of Encoder/Decoder to Software.

                sorry I have been out all day lucky I keep some of the old dvd fabs I tried 8.0.0.5 and it works it was region one thank you for getting back to me
