I am having trouble backing up "Close Encounters of the Third Kind." DVDFab will not open the disc, the progress bar just keeps going forever. I have tried 3 different DVDFab versions (7.0.8.2, 8.0.0.5, 8.0.1.6) any suggestions?

Since this is an older movie Open Fab Click the Green √ top right > Protection > Path Player click Disable Path Player click OK restart Fab and try again but, remember to switch it back to always enabled when done.
