    From Hell Can't open source

    Hi
I just tried to back-up my Blu-ray copy of From Hell with Johnny Depp. The program tries to open the source but cannot. Anybody else have this problem? I am using the latest Oct. 1st DVDFab.

    Thank you
    Jim

      From Hell

OK So I'm a novice on the forum. Hey it said post a new thread. That is what I did. I am attaching the log latest but I do not think it relivent because the Blu-Ray source would not open up? There is no log of this. I have my log of a successful back-up of a thin red line. but I don't think that will help. We'll here it is

          open Blu-ray source!

I just got done trying From Hell again. And I can assure you that I pam putting the disk in my I drive which is one of my Blu-Ray burner drives ( and yes I have tried the others) and it starts trying to open the source with the blue box and the traviling blue line it stops after three full times by and the program stops responding. I left it that way for a couple of hours even to na avail? It's not opening the source code on this Blu-Ray DVD! Again this is my latest log which again shows the wrong drive letter but when the pro gram ic trying to open the disk it is in my I drive and I see it working the blue drive light is flashing not my G drive. That is why I am on the Forum!

Jim Below again is the latest log from my computer. & again it shows G Drive?

            Can't open Source

Just to let you know xxxxxx will not open this blu-ray either. It does the same thing the source will not open. I think it might be a new protection on the disk?

            Thanks again
            Jim

try using device manager and uninstall your Blu-ray drive that way. once removed restart computer and let windows reinstall it. Once that done start DVDFab and see if it will see your Blu-ray drive
