Can some one tell me what error code #122 is and how to fix it? I can not burn any BD disks.

Hi, addboy,

This error ( Task 2 Error 122 ) may be caused by compatibility problems, the blank media is poorly supported by your DVD drive.

I suggest you try using a variety of different brands/speeds media. Well-known brands like Taiyo Yuden and Verbatim will be better; Please keep away of Memorex media, some of which are of poor quality. Try different format media like DVD+/-R/RW if your DVD writer supports.

Please check your writer manufacturer's site and the computer manufactures site for a list of recommended media to use with your writer and any firmware updates.

If you still meet the same issue, your Log file is welcome. Here is a way to send us your Log files:

Please click the tick green icon button at the right top corner of the DVDFab screen, open "Common Settings" window, click on "Diagnosis", you will find the output directory where you have saved DVDFab log files.

Go to that directory and zip the log files, and send to malcolm@dvdfab.com
