    Error=1000

    Hello - why I am getting this error whenever I try to compress the hard drive files from 50GB to 25GB?

    This is my DVDFab_process.log

    06:48:13: Analyzing started
    06:50:49: Analyzing completed successfully
    06:50:50: Copy process started
    06:50:51: Task_1 failed! Error=1000(505.00 259)

      I'm not sure I understand the question. This happens every time I try to compress the 50GB Blu-ray files on the hard drive to 25GB on another hard drive. The files are analyzed and scanned successfully, but when it begins the compression process, it fails with this error. It is very frustrating.

      As a side note - I've switched to v 6205 of DVDFab with Any*** and I've been successful in creating backups without receiving this error. Also, there have been no freezes/skips between video files (chapters) as I have seen on other Blu-ray discs I've copied. I am testing this combination with Iron Man 2 and Robin Hood this weekend and will post the results.

        Same issue

        Running 8.0.2.2 in a virtualbox vm with windows xp. It works fine to rip the bluray to disk with no compression, but attempting to compress from BD-50 to BD25 1080p/i fails.

        Task_1 failed! Error=1000(505.00.259)

          Error 1000 means "DVD_Error_BD_MainMovie_Common". Please check if you still get the same error message when you compress with Full Disc mode. Thanks in advance for your patience.
