    Warning when burning ISO?

    Hello. I'm trying to backup a Blu-ray. I used the Main Movie option without a problem. However, when I try to write the ISO to a Verbatim BD-R 25g I get a pop up window that reads:

    "Media Inserted in Drive J: is double layer, but the output only need single layer media. Do you want to continue writing?"

    I went ahead and tried, but the copy didn't play in any blu-ray player on even my PC

    Any help will really be appreciated.

    Hi, there:

    1. Please set the Writable Media Size at the bottom of DVDFab Blu-ray Copy main screen.

    Choose BD25 1080p, DVDFab will compress the material to make it fit one BD25 disc;
    Choose BD50, DVDFab will make a copy with no compression and burn to double/dual layer blank BD50 disc.

    2. As for the burnt BD fail to playback, please check if the disc format (BD-Ror BD+R) can be supported by your BD player. Our suggestion is that you should try using a different brand/format media to burn again if your BD writer supports.

    3. You also can copy this movie to your HDD first to check if you can play it smoothly on your computer, if can, then you can burn it to your blank disc to see the result.
