Walking Tall crashes while loading

V8.0.2.1 and 8.0.2.4 both do the same thing.
Put the disc in, it starts to load, then I get a DVDFab error report. I tried to send it in, but it complained about not having an email client installed.

Can someone give me the email address where the crash report should be sent, or if there is no personal information inside of it let me know and I can post it on here also.

Interesting.. So while reading many of the other crashing threads, I came across a temporary solution.

Crash: Put disc in, THEN load dvdfab = kaboom.
No crash: Load dvdfab, THEN put the disc in.

Glad that you figure out a temporary solution.

You may also try this: Uninstall all the previous version8.x but keep the setup pack in case a future need as we we don't offer the link for downloading previous versions, then install the latest version to check it out.

By the way, if you meet the crash report anytime in the future, you can save the report after the crash report window pops up, and then zip the FabReport file, send to us at malcolm@dvdfab.com for our analysis.
