Lost Boys the thirst

Hello using V8.0.2.4b on lost boys the thirst and it will not open maybe it has a new protection code. Fab will try to run it then it will crash and say "DVDFAB the ultimate DVD burning software has stopped working". Any possible solutions for this?

There could be many reasons why this is happening. Did you submit the report after it crashed? Also, if you could post your DVDFab logs as directed in the "Help Us Help You" sticky that would help us narrow down the issue.

Hi, ferg1002,

First, please check if the disc format (BD-Ror BD+R) can be supported by your Optical Drive.

Second, please open DVDFab program first, then insert your original movie DVDs to your DVD drive, then to see if the DVDFab can connect your DVD drive to recognize the original DVDs or not.

If your DVDFab can't recognize original movies from Optical Drive very well on your computer, please start the movie in your PC Blu-ray Player (like PowerDVD) for a few seconds and then start the DVDFab analysis. Once the analysis starts, you can turn off the PC Blu-ray player.

If you still get the same crash issue, please save the report after the crash report window pop up, and then zip the FabReport file, send to us at malcolm@dvdfab.com for further analysis. Thanks so much for your patience and cooperation.

DVDFab does not crash for my BD for this Movie so what we need are the log files and they located in Document-dvdfab-log. Just the most recent logs for this movie are needed

Well I will see when i put in any other original movie it works. Going to work but when I return I will see what happens then froward the results. Thanks for all the help and support.
