Won't copy From Russia With Love

Greetings, first post on the forum, so thank you for the assistance.

First of all, I've had success using the trial version with my system, so was surprised that the first disc I try to backup with the paid version , didn't work

At 52%, it stops at gives Error, cannot read disc, Ignore, cancel, try again..

the disc itself appears to be fine, no scratches or dirt. I haven't tried another disc so maybe the problem is with the media.

Please update to the newest version you will find it here http://forum.dvdfab.com/showthread.php?t=8688

Also your drive has a firmware update, please visit your computer manufactures website and install the latest firmware, be sure to follow the instructions carefully as if done wrong it can render your drive useless
