BD to DVD9 iso Never Works. Why?

Using registered versions for the last year, and now on the latest v.8.0.2.2
Win 7 64, 12 GB ram, Nvidia GTX 285.

When doing full disk to iso it works and the file is playable.
When compressing above iso to DVD9 folder it works.
When compressing full disk iso to DVD9 iso it is never recognizes, no matter what movie I try.

I have tried every combination in the settings still no luck.

The reason I would rather have iso to a folder is that when using TMT3 via WMC I have the full use of the remote control.
With a folder I can only start and stop via remote, the rest means I have to have the keyboard in the vicinity to make if work.

Any tips would be appreciated.
