Blu-ray Copy encoding settings

Blu-ray Copy encoding settings aren't explained in the tutorial.

fast speed - normal quality
slow speed - high quality

does normal quality work for 1:1 or should I always use high quality?

No doubt, you will get differing opinions on this, but personally, I don't see a difference when played back on my MP to a 42" hi-def.
I always use "fast - normal".
