    Hi eyeballsqueezer,

Please open Common Settings->General->A/V Codec, set video decoder and video encoder as software, reboot DVDFab, then load this movie disc again.

eyeballsqueezer: Just click the little green checkmark in the top right of DVDfab, then that will open the Settings Menu, then navigate to where Sunny directed you.

Thanks for your input racem22.....it wasn't the navigation I was asking about, it was what I did once I arrived there. There are 2 drop down menus, the one at the top has three inputs all with a software option. My question was do I change all 3 to software?
