The Pacific Disk 1- Problems

Greetings:

Having a hard time on backing up The Pacific BL since it has Part 1 and part 2 and using a 25GB Bl blank disk, can it be done or have to use two separate disk??? and how can we distinguish which chapter is part 1 and 2, that is a touchy for me anyways.

Hi Cubanjoe,

Sorry for this kind of delay at first. For now, Blu-ray Copy - Main Movie module copy BD movies as title unit not chapters, you can preview each title in the lower left preview window?check which one is part 1, which one is part2. The only way of selecting chapters is "Title start/end settings" box. Concerning your question, you might need new features like "Customize"/"Customize split" in DVD Copy which can help you select the desired chapters for each title. Sorry to say that the current DVDFab Blu-ray Copy can not support that yet.

I don't have the Pacific but I have the same issue with Band Of Brothers, 2 episodes on each disc.

What I have found is that there is not much data on the 50GB disc, in full disc mode, it's about 31GB, the special features are all on the last disc.

What you can do is a full disc backup, the video will not be to compress, but you will have the other languages (it's not HD audio so it's not much space).
