So my plan was to back-up just the movie with 1 audio(DTS-Master) and 1 subtitle. As the disc finished scanning it tells me that this will everything I've selected will fit onto a BD-R 25 fully 100% with a total size of 23.594gb. So I'm thinking great, don't have to worry about any compression. So I start to create the ISO. So strangely, as the process is started I notice that it's starting to encode the disc utilizing my cuda enabled card which I thought only occurred when compression is needed. So I stopped the process. I went back through and scanned the disc however this time I chose to fit to a BD-R 50. Now it tells me that it will fit 100% obviously but the size is now 24.195gb? I create this ISO and the other so called compressed ISO just in case. So as it stood I had 2 ISO's on my HDD. One at 24.195gb to fit to a BD-R 50 and a 23.594 to a BD-R 25. I risked it, and used IMGBURN to burn the larger file to a BD-R 25. Played it on my SA player and played fine(All Chapters). I know it's not big deal, but it was just an interesting encounter.

Blu-ray/DVD Size

1.Many Blu-ray/DVD blank discs have uneven dye around the outer edge and Poor quality disc will not burn right up to the edge.
2. To avoid "LBA out of range" burning failed error:
We suggest:
a.- Set "Blu-ray to Blu-ray" target size to 23000 for BD-25 and 43000 for BD-50
b.Set "DVD to DVD" target size to 4200 for DVD-5 and 7900 for DVD-9.
