The version of DVDFab you have installed had a lot of bugs in it and also pretty old release. Please install the latest one that was released today http://forum.dvdfab.com/showthread.php?t=9255 and give another try.

If same problem then please post the most recent internal log and burn log again

      Hi, Dear roboshea,

This error, "Task1 Error=401", means that quality of the original disc is not very good.

Beside using the latest version as AGJ suggests, please also try:

      1. Use other Blu-ray DVDs to see if this is a universal problem, or just for this one?

      2. Check the quality of the original disc: Sometimes old discs have minor blemish's on them after repeating play many times. You need clean it and choose other titles of this movie to see if you can copy or not.

      Sincerely Yours
      Malcolm Wang
