Understanding Title(Angle) Selection

General Hardware Info:
Operation System: Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit
CPU Type: AMD Phenom II X4 945 – 3.00 GHz
Memory: 8.00 GB
Lite ON 12X Blu-Ray Burner
Blu-ray Player: Sony BDP-CX960 (400 discs) – which indicates the track it is playing.

When there are multiple Title(Angle) present, how do I determine which one to use?
Some of these have different chapter sizes (16 and 39, see PDF attachment); plus different languages for each Title(Angle).
I found the info about removing AC-3/2 (possible director’s comments).
Does “Subpicture” refer to subtitles?

Use a softplayer or Blu-ray player to see which title is played for the one you want. Then select that one when you use DVDFab. As for the Audio use the DTS and if you not want HD audio then select to remove it and yes subpicture is subtitles
