recommended GPU acceleration settings

Hi ! I just upgraded my PC, now with an i5 processor and an Nividia GTX460 card.
Previously, I had issues with GPU acceleration with my ATI card (resulting movies were skipping), now with my new hardware, what would you recommend for the settings :

Decoding :
H.264 : CUDA
VC1 : CUDA
MPEG2 : CUDA
Encoding :
H.264 : Software + CUDA

???
