    Problem copying Apocalypto from Britain

My son sent me a Blu-ray of Apocalypto from Britain. I appreciated the gift, but it is the wrong region. No problem I thought, I'll just copy it and remove the region code. Unfortunately, it wouldn't get through the analyzing phase before DVD Fab Blu-ray Copy froze up at 34%. I carefully cleaned the disc, it looks perfect, tried again, still no fun as DVD Fab crashed again and at 34% again. I've had no trouble analyzing any other discs and a only a few other problems such as DVD Fab saying a disc is dual layer when it isn't. Any ideas?

    System is:

OS Name Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium
    System Type x64-based PC
    Processor AMD Athlon(tm) II X2 245 Processor, 2913 Mhz, 2 Core(s), 2 Logical Processor(s)
Installed Physical Memory (RAM) 4.00 GB
Video card NVIDIA GeForce 9500 GT
    Blu-ray HL-DT-ST BD-RE WH08LS20 SCSI CdRom Device
Hard Drive 320 GB internal and 1000 GB external (lotsa room on both)

This is all the process log showed. I don't think it is related to the above internal log as it shows the analyzing was complete instead of stalling out at 34%.

    Please install passkey for Blu-ray

    Hi Arnik,

    1. Task 1, Error=102 means that there encounters a reading problem during the copying process.
Please use Main movie mode to copy this DVD to your HDD, then play the copied folder on your computer to check if it can play smoothly.

    2. Please install Passkey at http://www.dvdfab.com/download.htm to watch the movie if DVDFab still can not open the source.
