Only getting extra features not movie

Hello,
My problems are that when I use the Blu-Ray copy tool for my last three movies I am getting only the extras with Terminator Salvation and Robin Hood. With UP I got half of the movie. I have used it before with other Blu-ray movies and had no issues. I was using version 8.0.4. I am going to upgrade and try again. Thanks.

Please download and install the latest version of DVDFab8.0.5.0 at to register again, then, use Main movie mode to copy this movie to your HDD and then play the copied folder on your computer to check if it can play smoothly.

There must be somthing really screwed up here. I have also been having so many issues with coping in the Full Disc mode. I have had similar issues and stranger things happening. But for the most part I can't seem to copy most movies in the full disc mode of DVDFab\Blu-ray Copy \Full Copy mode. When using Passkey or the copy protection removal in DVDFab Blu-ray Copy, movies won't even play on my PC (original or copied movies) longer than 20 sec. (long enough for studio LOGO scene) then stop playing (Kill Bill Vol. 1 & 2). If I don't use Passkey the original movie plays fine on my PC, but when the copy/burn process is used and done, I have the same resulting disc as if I used Passkey before playback of the original disc. This tells me that during the copy process when the copy protection removal is implemented it appears to prevents the disc from being copied properly. And this is just one of the many issues that I have had lately. I have seen a large increase in movies that won't complete the copy process to my HDD in full copy mode ie Gladiator, Pirates of the Caribbean (ALL 3), and lots more. I have tried working with the DVDFab Tech crew but the best that I have gotten from them has been just what you have (copy the movie only). While that maybe cool for most people but I would like to all the extras, that's what bluray is all about for me, besides the great picture and sound.

Have you tried copy Blu-ray movie to hard drive and creating ISO file for saving? Please try using Full Disc module or Clone module, check if the output ISO file is complete with main movie, extras, etc.

Yes, I have tried this and so much more. The Iso file plays the same as the original discs play. The strange thing is that all of the information is copied to the discs when a back up is burned for Kill Bill Vol. 1 and 2 (just Under 40Gb), The original discs will playback in full if Passkey is not running (or tries to remove the copy protection). The copied to disc version will not play with or without Passkey running. The ISO File version will play without Passkey running (plays 20 sec. then stops). I have tried The ISO file with and without compression. Neither version will play with Passkey running past the first 20 seconds of the disc beginning playing time. I am not a Pro at this by any means but I have tried all that has been suggested thus far and nothing has worked so far with these movies. The main movie option has issues as well.

The other movies that I mentioned The ISO method has not worked for them as well. If you have any other suggestions I would be more than happy to try them. I really wish that the DVDFab Tech crew could get these movies and work with them in person.
