File allocation problem with Nero burn

Hi

I am trying to convert Avatar to DVD. I have selected '1' as the Title and '852' as the main file. However, when I convert it, the necessary VOB file seems to be missing and I get the file reallocation error message in my Nero 10 burning package. What am I doing wrong please?

Please use DVDFab to burn it to see the result.

I get the same error when I copy my avatar bluray to DVD. When I burn the files with Nero, I get the same file reallocation error followed by a non-critical burn error. But the disks seem to play OK.
