Narnia: The Voyage of the Dawn Treader Problems

I am having an issue with 8.1.0 and 8.1.0.1. The disc is not being seen in the Source section on either the BR Copy or BR to DVD option. If I choose my BR drive letter ( D: ) as the source folder, it will prompt me for the region setting and then scan the disc for about 10 minutes before finally showing me the details of the disc. (Title/audio selections.) If I use BR to DVD and set the target to a folder, shortly after I hit start it gives me a Process Failed dialog box. I also tried creating an ISO file from the Full Disc on BR Copy, but it gave me a process failed as well. The only way I am able to make a backup is to select Main Movie under BR Copy and set it to BD-25. But even the output of this process results in a Process Failed dialog message when I try to convert it to a DVD.

Oops. Thank you. Didn't notice it was 10 weeks old. Logs have been added to help troubleshoot the issue.

          Resolved

I think I found my problem. I was connected to my machine using RDP (Remote Desktop) while I was getting these errors. When I actually sat at my machine, the BR disc converted with no problems.
