Along with advice given by terry5, check your output settings for DVD5= 4300, DVD9= 8100.
Also post your logs the default location is:
For Win7C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\Log
or VistaC:\Users\User Name\Documents\DVDFab\Log
or for XPC:\Documents and Settings\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\Log

Even if it's a little thing, do something for those who have need of help, something for which you get no pay but the privilege of doing it.
Please try following to see if you can get this fixed:
1. Open Common Settings->General->A/V Codec, set both video decoder and encoder as software(or simply check the box of "Disable all GPU codecs for decoding and encoding");
2. Copy this Blu-ray movie to HDD as an ISO file, using Blu-ray Copy to ISO feature;
3. Load this ISO file with Blu-ray to DVD Converter to convert again.
